We picked up our pasture raised, organically fed red wattle pork today. Easter Sunday is April 8, 2012. We have smoked hams available for $5.00/pound. The hams are 5-6 pounds each. We still have leg of lamb available at $6.00/pound. The legs of lamb are also 5-6 pounds each.
Our pork is limited availability as this was our last pig. Including the ham, we are also selling smoked bacon for $6.00/pound, maple breakfast sausage for $5.50/pound, and all other cuts (pork chops and roasts) for $5.00/pound. We will get a full price list attached to the website soon.
